1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer,' 'you,' 'your') and MANOLI CORP, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, operating under the brand name VELARA ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' 'our'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are not purchasing our products for unauthorized commercial resale.
You are not located in a jurisdiction where the purchase of our products would be prohibited by applicable law.

3. Products

3.1 — Cosmetic Device — Not a Medical Device

THE VELARA GRACE™ IS A COSMETIC PERSONAL CARE DEVICE DESIGNED FOR AT-HOME FOOT EXFOLIATION AND CALLUS REMOVAL. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE, MEDICAL CONDITION, OR PODIATRIC PATHOLOGY. USE OF THIS DEVICE DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR PODIATRIC CARE.

3.2 — Accuracy of Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on our Site are accurate. In the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund without further obligation.

3.3 — 'Dermatologist Tested' and 'Dermatologist Approved' Disclosures

References to 'Dermatologist Tested' and 'Dermatologist Approved' on this Site and in our advertising reflect independent assessments conducted by licensed dermatology professionals for the purpose of evaluating the product's safety and suitability for cosmetic at-home use on mature skin.

THESE DESIGNATIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE FDA CLEARANCE, FDA APPROVAL, OR CERTIFICATION AS A MEDICAL DEVICE BY ANY REGULATORY BODY. THEY REPRESENT INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS AND DO NOT GUARANTEE IDENTICAL RESULTS FOR ALL USERS. THE VELARA GRACE™ HAS NOT BEEN EVALUATED OR APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) AS A MEDICAL DEVICE.

3.4 — Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. Factors including callus thickness, severity, age of build-up, skin type, preparation protocol compliance, and regularity of use will affect outcomes. Thick or longstanding callus build-up may require multiple weeks of consistent use before significant improvement is visible. VELARA makes no guarantee of specific results within a defined timeframe.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
By placing an order, you represent that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. In the event of unavailability following confirmation, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Referral & Affiliate Program

VELARA offers a referral program through which customers may earn store credit by referring new customers to meetvelara.com.

Eligibility. The referral program is open to customers who have previously purchased a Velara Grace™ kit and have created a referral account through our affiliate portal.

Referral reward. When a referred customer places their first order using your personal referral link or discount code, you will receive $15 in store credit, issued as a discount coupon applicable to a future purchase on meetvelara.com.

Referred customer discount. The referred customer will receive a $15 discount applied automatically at checkout upon using a valid referral link or code.

Limitations. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Self-referrals are not permitted. VELARA reserves the right to cancel referral rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or automated means.

Program changes. VELARA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Earned store credit will remain valid for existing participants for 24 months from the date of issuance.

5. SMS Marketing Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from VELARA (MANOLI CORP) at the phone number provided. 6. Shipping

8. Product Use — User Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing the Velara Grace™, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all product instructions, mandatory preparation protocols, safety guidelines, and contraindications provided with the product and on our Site.
You take sole responsibility for ensuring that you do not belong to any contraindicated user group, including persons with diabetes, neuropathy, circulatory disorders, open wounds, or active skin infections.
You will complete the mandatory 4-hour initial charge before first use, as required by the product instructions.
You will not use the device in water, on wet skin, with an incompatible charger, or in any manner inconsistent with its intended cosmetic use.

ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, ADVERSE OUTCOME, OR UNSATISFACTORY RESULT ARISING FROM MISUSE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS, IMPROPER PREPARATION, OR USE BY A CONTRAINDICATED PERSON SHALL BE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. MANOLI CORP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANOLI CORP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MANOLI CORP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE VELARA GRACE™ WILL MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS OR BE UNIFORM ACROSS ALL USERS; (C) THE PRODUCT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES OR CONDITIONS NOT SPECIFIED AS CONTRAINDICATED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANOLI CORP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS; (B) MISUSE OF THE VELARA GRACE™ DEVICE IN VIOLATION OF THE PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS OR SAFETY GUIDELINES; OR (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR PERSONAL DATA.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MANOLI CORP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our products; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party related to your actions in connection with our products.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software, is the exclusive property of MANOLI CORP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Meta Advertising Compliance

Our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) are conducted in compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies. Our advertising content accurately represents our products, corresponds to our landing page content, is directed at adults aged 18 and over, and does not employ deceptive tactics, unauthorized impersonation, or prohibited content. We use the Meta Pixel for conversion tracking. Advertising transparency information is available via Meta's Ad Library.

14. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. MANOLI CORP has no control over such third-party content and accepts no responsibility for it.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW PROVISIONS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Site, or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Mexico, United States. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

For customers located in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand: nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MANOLI CORP with respect to your use of our Site and purchase of our products. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
