What is the difference between a callus remover and a pumice stone?

A pumice stone requires significant manual effort, scrubbing for 15 to 20 minutes with wet skin, which is actually the wrong technique. It addresses only the surface layer and exhausts arthritic hands quickly.

Does the motor stop spinning easily?

Here's the key rule you must know: the less you press, the better it works. 

 

You GLIDE, you don't scrub. 

 

The 6,500 RPM do all the work. "I don't even have to press, I just hold it on my heel and it does all the work." This is the single biggest difference from pumice stones. Once you master this, the results are immediate.

Can I adjust the speed or intensity of the device?

Yes, absolutely! The device features 2 adjustable speeds controlled by one simple button. We recommend starting on the low speed, especially if you have sensitive skin or if it's your first time. Can I use it in the shower?

Never. This is the most important rule. The device is not waterproof. 

 

Wet skin creates a paste that clogs the rotating head and reduces effectiveness to near zero. 

 

The correct protocol every time: soak 10 min → dry completely → THEN use the device. Only the replacement head rinses under water for cleaning, not the handle.
