2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refund or compensation will be issued for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities.
Split Shipments
Due to high demand and stock distribution across multiple fulfillment centers, items included in a bundle order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages on different dates. This is not an error — your order is complete. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting our support team.
4. Warehouse & Fulfillment Locations
VELARA operates production and fulfillment centers located in Asia and on the American continent. To ensure optimal delivery times and product availability, orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations depending on current stock levels and demand.
Important: Your parcel may originate from either our Asian or American facilities. The estimated delivery windows above account for this variability. The specific fulfillment origin will be identified on your shipping documentation.
5. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is included on all qualifying orders as part of our current bundle offer. This will be reflected at checkout at $0.00.
6. Express Secure Shipping — Optional Upgrade
At checkout, customers may optionally select the "Express Secure Shipping" upgrade for an additional fee of $7.99 USD. This optional service provides priority handling and enhanced parcel tracking. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the event of a return or refund request, as the service is rendered at the time of shipment.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order price. VELARA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update following your dispatch confirmation. If you have not received your tracking information within 72 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@meetvelara.com.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@meetvelara.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please note:

VELARA is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

In the event of a confirmed lost parcel as determined by the carrier, VELARA will offer a replacement shipment or store credit at our sole discretion.
10. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. VELARA cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@meetvelara.com. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
